1) Who we are

2) Memberships & passes

• Day/Weekly/Monthly options: see Membership & Pricing for available plans (TBC pricing).
• Start date: begins on purchase/first check-in unless stated otherwise.
• Renewal: Monthly may renew month-to-month (TBC). You can cancel before the next billing period; any notice period (TBC) will be stated at purchase.
• Freeze: Temporary freeze may be available for Monthly (TBC rules/limits).
• Transfers: Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless we agree in writing.

Founders’ and promotional offers may include special conditions; those will prevail where different.

3) Classes & bookings

• Timetable: published at Classes & Timetable (TBC).
• Booking: Walk-ins welcome; for busy hours please message us on WhatsApp.
• No-shows/late arrivals: We may limit class access during peak times to ensure safety and fairness.

4) Payments, refunds, cancellations

• Payment methods: Cash/card (TBC). Corporate invoicing on request.
• Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable once the plan starts, except where required by law or where we clearly state otherwise.
• Cancellations: Cancel renewals before the next billing date (TBC notice). Day/Weekly passes cannot be cancelled after activation.

5) Safety, health & house rules

• Train responsibly, use spotters/coaches when needed, and follow posted guidance.
• Clean equipment after use; re-rack weights; share kit during busy times.
• Wear appropriate gym attire and clean shoes. No open containers near equipment.
• If you feel unwell, stop training and inform a coach. Consult a professional if unsure about your health.
• We may deny entry/remove members who breach safety or community rules.

6) Age policy

16+ to train independently (TBC). Under 18s require a guardian’s consent and may have time/equipment restrictions.

7) Facilities & amenities

We aim to keep the facility clean, air-conditioned, and well-equipped. Amenities (e.g., showers, lockers, meal prep counter) are listed on the Amenities page and may vary by membership or maintenance windows.

8) Personal coaching

1:1 sessions are scheduled by appointment and may have separate fees and reschedule windows (TBC). If you need to change a session, contact us as early as possible.

9) Personal belongings

Use lockers for small items. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property unless required by law.

10) Conduct & community

We foster an ego-free, supportive environment. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or unsafe behavior is not tolerated and may lead to suspension without refund.

11) Photography & media

Personal photos/videos are allowed if they respect others’ privacy and do not disrupt training. Commercial shoots require prior written consent. We may capture general facility images for marketing; you can opt out on request.

12) Liability

Training involves inherent risks. By entering the facility, you confirm you are fit to train and accept those risks to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for injuries arising from misuse of equipment, ignoring guidance, or pre-existing conditions, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

13) Website use

• Content is provided in good faith for general information and may change without notice.
• Do not misuse the site (e.g., attempt to breach security or disrupt service).
• Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is posted on this page with the date above. Material changes may be highlighted on the site.

16) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Language: These Terms are provided in English. If translated, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
